We do not knowingly collect any Personal Data from children. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us and we will delete such information from our files within a reasonable period of time.
We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us when you contact us in-app via Zendesk. This information may include your email address, name, account id, your device's IP address and location, device version, operating system type and version, language preferences and other statistics that are intended to aid investigation to your quiry. Once resolved, tickets are deleted within 30 days along with the collected data of the ticket.
We will disclose any information we collect, use or receive if required or permitted by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process, and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request. In the event we go through a business transition, such as a merger or acquisition by another company, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your user account, and personal data will likely be among the assets transferred.
